Note: Modbod Moves is a school program delivered through institutional partners. Student data collected through the pilot program is governed by separate data agreements with participating schools and is handled in compliance with applicable education privacy laws including FERPA.

9. Crowdfunding and Campaign Contributions
Modbod® may from time to time raise funds through third-party crowdfunding platforms including but not limited to Givebutter. By contributing to any Modbod® campaign you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Contributions are voluntary and are not purchases of equity, ownership, or any financial interest in Modbod® or its affiliated entities.
All contributions are processed through third-party platforms and are subject to those platforms' own terms of service, privacy policies, and refund policies. Modbod® is not responsible for platform fees, processing errors, or platform-related disputes.
Contributions are intended to support program development and pilot implementation as described in campaign materials. While Modbod® will make reasonable efforts to use funds as described, we reserve the right to adjust fund allocation based on program needs, timeline changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Contributions designated as tax-deductible are processed through our fiscal sponsor. Tax deductibility is subject to applicable IRS rules and the fiscal sponsor's policies. Modbod® makes no guarantee regarding the tax treatment of any contribution.
Modbod® will provide campaign updates to contributors as described in campaign materials but does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or deliverables resulting from campaign funding.
